I am lucky to be able to share knowledge and provide service based on various experiences spanning a professional career spanning over 38 years.  I am dedicated to living my life fully  by staying as active and healthy as I can.  I have always striven for perfection in completing projects and don’t really care for the ‘good enough’ attitude.  As such, I feel I have a lot to offer the NSP!

  • 2002 Nova Southeastern University, doctorate in education; focus on distance education and instructional technologies.  Completed dissertation.
  • 1995 University of Kansas, master of nurse anesthesia.  Completed thesis, completed optional educational credits.
  • 1992 Washington University School of Medicine Nurse Anesthesia Program, certificate in nurse anesthesia, earning academic award.  Completed literature review, optional presentations to nursing groups.
  • 1985 Wright State University, bachelor of science in nursing summa cum laude; honors program completion award.  Completed research/thesis project.
  • 1979 Hendrick Medical Center Malcolm and Mary Meek School of Nursing, diploma in nursing, earning Academic Award.

  • Clinical work experiences as a CRNA both in independent practice and a team-approach in:  Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma from 1992-2017.
  • Administrative and Education work experiences at Webster University in St. Louis, MO from 1999-2010.
